Double Majors and Minors

Because of Area 4, it is easy for Journalism Majors to add a second major, minor or various combinations depending on dedication, willingness for possible fifth year and ability to maintain course loads. Many minors can be attained by utilizing Area 4 to fill the needed courses, but one or two more classes may be needed. For additional majors, make sure to double-dip as much as possible. Make sure to double check needed courses for the second major. Discussing with both advisors as much as possible is key to understanding the courses that you need in order to get your desired degrees.
